• WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN YOUR LIPGLOSS?
Girl thats like telling the Krusty Krab formula ! I will say all ingredients are safe and natural including essential oils such as almond, avocado, coconut, & grapeseed oil for a long lasting and moisturizing effect. If you are sensitive or unsure about the products I recommend doing a patch test before applying on the lips. Stush Gal Beauty is NOT responsible for allergic reactions.
• WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately Stush Gal Beauty does not accept returns or do exchanges all sales are final. All orders will be shipped through USPS. Stush Gal Beauty will not be responsible for lost packages. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email/text with your tracking information.
• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
• THE ADDRESS I USED WHEN PLACING MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT.
If you notice that the address you provided is incorrect please notify me right away! I am not responsible if it gets sent to the wrong address however, if you contact me before your shipping label is printed I can manually change your address for you. If your order does not get shipped to you but comes back to me you will have to repay for shipping or it will not be shipped back out.
- I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY PACKAGED WAS DELIVERED.
Sometimes USPS tracking can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your packaged will most likely be delivered within a few days but in the meantime be sure to check with your neighbors and/or post office !
- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed you will receive and email/text with tracking information.
- I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE BUT ITS THE WRONG ORDER OR DAMAGED.
Mistakes do happen please reach out as soon as possible & I will be more than happy to help resolve the problem. If you received your items damaged please attach a photo thanks !
